Default Navy SO Prep

Hey all,

I have a few questions about my PT program im running. First i will tell a little about myself. Im 17 years old and am a senior in high school. I used to be a FATBOY i was up to 275 LBS and in 11 months (June 2008-April 2009) i got down to 195. Im planning on enlisting in the Navy this month (November 2009). I plan to take the SEAL challenge and have been studieing for the ASVAB for 5 weeks. Ive been training hard the past Six months, im seeing results but i want to know if i could be doing more or less. Im running a five day PT regiment trying to condition myself in preporation for the SEAL PST/DEP. Here it is as follows:

Monday
wakeup: 4:45 AM
SEAL PST Testout
500 Yard Swim
Pushups
Situps
Pullups
1 1/2 mile run
Bed: 8:00 PM

Tuesday
Wakeup: 4:45
Swim 72 lengths (one mile) in pool
Core work after school
Fatburn on treadmill
Bed: 8:00 PM

Wedesday
Wakeup: 4:45 AM
Swim 72 lengths
Upper body lift
Four mile run 4:00 PM
Bed: 8:00 PM

Thursday
Wakeup: 4:45 AM
Swim 72 lengths
Core work
Fat Burn on treadmill
Bed: 8:00 PM

Friday
Wakeup: 4:45 AM
Swim 72 lengths
Upper body lift
Four mile run 4:00 PM
Bed: 8:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday- OFF

Is there anything that i could be doing more/less of and is there anything that i should add. The pool i swim is an olympic size pool and i run cross country on the backroads exept on monday morning i run on a track. If i could get some input that would be awesome. Thanks for looking at this post and i hope it fits under this forum.
