Default Five Fingers?

Has anyone here ever used/ tried those five fingers running foot glove? If so, how was your experience?

I use them and think they are great. I would reccomend trying short distances at a time and work your way up. No more than say a mile at a time. Your legs and feet will need time to get used to the lack of big fluffy soles to land on.

Better yet switch to a racing flat and run in those for a while its an easier transition. I still use racing flats for distances over 5k.

Just to clarify, when you run with flats, you run toe-to-heel, rather than heel-to-toe. Right?

There's a lot of debate about that and nobody really agrees, but my opinion is neither is correct.
Go ball of foot to heel instead.

I just got some FiveFinger KSOs a few weeks ago and am loving them. They really force you to run on your forefoot/ball of foot. As others have said, ease into using them.
