I hear you on the sleeping 12 hours. The two mountain runs on Saturday wiped me out and I fell asleep around 18:30 and woke up very late for work.
I believe that Murph is 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 body weight squats in concert with runs pre/post PT part.
