So on the 14th I am off to Great Lakes for boot camp. The job I chose is GM so I'll be in GL for 6 more months after basic. Then it's off to BUD/S. A62 and sealpup if you read this I hope you know I enjoyed our debates in the Jungle and on this forum. After the 14th I will be unable to post for 6-8 weeks. A guy I know that just got out of boot camp said they were pushing classes through in 6 weeks right now so I may be in for a short boot camp. I hope that's the case because I am itching to get to BUD/S.

i watched those bootcamp vids on the army site, and there was one about a guy strugglin to past the PFT's and it said somethin about him doin pushups/situps every chance he had free time blah bidie blah ... so.. maybe in ur case.. everytime u have free time .. maybe u could do a portion of what ur current workout is to keep in shape for BUD/s =D.

I read some guys story about becoming a SEAL. He said when he was in boot he would volunteer for IT (intensive training) used for punishment where they work you till you drop.
Here's the link if anyone wants a good read

He said he got into the top 10% of his class and got to pick what team he wanted. Can tha really happen? He has a good site but are you sure he's for real?
