i'm in grade 10, and i'm 15, i'm wondering what kind of workouts that i should do to get in shape for BUD/S and Hellweek. I really don't have access to a pool. So, what kind of workouts can I do to get in shape for BUD/s, and what kind of workouts should i do to get my legs in shape as i would swimming, i know running would be one, but i'm wondering if there is any other workout that could help with my leg strength, besides swimming and running, and please have a SEAL answer this. In Stew Smith's guide to SEAL fitness he says that riding a bike for twice as long as you would swim is an acceptable alternative.

scroll bout 1/4 the way down to where it says category 1 ... if category 1 is below ur current fitness level.. scroll down further to level 2 ... if level 1 is above ur level... well then u got a goal to reach. From my understanding.. alot of people use this workout as a stepping stone to Stew Smiths workout... forgot the name of it.
