I want to go to get ready for BUD/S and I've already been training pretty extensively, but I was wondering if Any of you BUD/S graduates used a Fitness program from this website? And if you did, did it actually help you? Is there anything that I should improve on in the list, such as doing higher reps of push-us/ sit-ups? Also I was wondering if you think 19 is too young for BUD/S?

Hey man whats up? Well im not a BUD/S grad but the workout was put on here to help prepare you for BUD/S. Any workout should help you in one way or another. Ive been folloing the workout and ive seen a difference. If you can push yourself harder then what the workout on this website says to do then by all means do it. Keep in mind not to over train yourself though cause it would suck to hurt yourself and lose the chance to make it to BUD/S. As for being 19 and going to BUD/S, Do you think your ready? If you think you are thats all that matters. If someone thinks your to young prove them wrong.

Thank you for all of the help and support, I know that I must PUSH the envelope in training, so it may be a bit easier than it would have been. Also about Scott Helvenston, that guy just never gave up...and that coupled with good workouts almost always equalls a BUD/S graduate.
I know that I can become a SEAL, but I jsut don't want to go unprepaired, I guess it's always better to over prepair (If it's possible for BUD/S) than to undertrain.
Thanks for that help, and the support. Are you a SEAL?
