hey,

Im 15 and i have been doing the Suggested student preparation for a few weeks now. Im feeling better and more confident about myself now. Is it good to start with this physical training as young as i am ? Im doing the running part no with no trobles at all, because im used to endurance running for hockey, should i increase the amount of running or should i just go on with the normal program ?

Just keep on keepn' on and when you feel its right to move on to harder stuff, apply yourself past those standards, but no too far because you dont want any stress-fractures now do ya? :)
