No a nonverbal DOR is physically quitting without saying you quit or ringing out. For example, they tell you to go underwater and pick up the 10 pound weight and you just tread water and not go down. For example, they say do some flutterkicks and you just lay there with your feet on the deck. They threaten you with nonverbals quite often, though it is rarely actually enforced.
