Hey all. I'm a pretty skinny guy. I've done 8 years of running on high school and college track and cross country teams. I've never been able to gain any weight while running so much. Most of my muscle is very lean stringy muscle that produces high reps on lower ammounts of weight. I'm currently doing the Warning Order training on week 2.
I have a feeling if I stick to the schedule and eat lots of nutritional food i'll be able to develop a more defined upper body. I'm aware that I won't have "beach muscles" any time soon. I'm going for strength not looks.
What do you guys think?
