hello all.
im 16 goen' on 17 soon, and planning on enlisting and taken the SEAL challange. Anyways, I wanted to get some input from you all.
I have been competing and training for triatholans since I was 12. I run every day, and swim 3 times a week. Last year I did a three mile swim in cold central cal water in a speedo at a time of 1 hour and 30 mins. I was brought up around the water, and i am an avid freediver / spearfisher. I feel at home in the water. I am also a mixed martial artist, and compeat regularly in full contact boxing and grappeling events.
There are a few down sides that I have. I am currently on mistomenior probation (for a fight at school, I will be off in november of this year.) and I also tested out of school by way of profecancy exam.
Are there any ways of helping my quest to become the best of the best? How am i doing? thanks for taken the time to read this!!!

Hey LIL SEAL first I would say change your name the BTDT don't realy like it when someone has SEAL in there name. To your post I would say you sound inshape and the endurance it takes to do a triatholan difenitly is a plus. Was you proficiency exam a GED if it was I think you need 15 college credits three classes in one quarter not alot. Contact a recruiter about your fight situation probably no big deal. Keep up the training and I would say get as much college done now as you can. continuing education never hurts. I have a GED and am always curious as to why certain options in the military IE SEAL or RANGER are closed unless you have 15 credits the ARMY will let you enlist for 18x Special Forces with a GED WTF! I thought it was the same as a diploma well roll with the punches i guess
GOOD LUCK!

You should change your name. I am not a SEAL but i've seen the BTDT's rip guys new ones more than once for having SEAL in their name when they weren't. You sound like you're in pretty good shape but you can always improve. If you aren't already you should be doing at least part of your swims with the CSS.

In your swim in the ocean were you using a side stroke or was it all freestyle?
