Okay, I feel kind of stupid having been around the forum for over a year now, and asking this question, but I'm getting a whole bunch of different info on this, and I wanna get this strait...
Okay, so, in D*** Couchs book, "Finishing School", they say that Hell Week is the 5th week of training, but with the phrase "Two Weeks and a long day", it referst to Hell Week being the Third Week of training (and on the Discovery Doc.), so which is it? I always thought it was the 5th week of training, but I'm curious now, did it change recently (I know it used to be the very first week of training in the early days).
Second, how long is Indoc, again, I was under the impression it was 2 weeks, but the Discovery Doc, and some other things are saying that its 5 Weeks long, I wouldnt think that they would have an Indoc phase being 5 weeks, but I'm curious now. Can anyone help with this?
Again, sorry for the newb question after being here so long, but I've gotten a few different sets of info from a few different sources, and I dont know what to trust anymore.
