Running Shoes

Yesterday It stormed the entire time, and I had to work. Well to make a long story short, I wake up to go running and my shoes are still soaked and stink tremendously, not only that but the sole, and heel of the shoe has already been torn to shreds. So I just decided to dump them(bought um a yr ago for 70 bucks) This really sux, cause thoose were the shoes that I wore everywhere. Well, now I need some new running shoes, and ones I can wear casually as well. I was hoping to get some reccomendations on brands,prices,etc. thanks.

You'll probably get a lot of responses telling you to run in boots because that's what you have to run in when you're in the Navy.

Ya, I saw a used pair of bates for 40 bucks at army navy, I was gonna get thoose, but now i gotta buy some new shoes :-( hope my parents help me out

Get a cheap pair of Nikes or Adidas. I bought a pair for $40 that I've ran in for about a year now and they're still in great condition

Bought some New balances today for $65. Nikes and addias are to narrow for my feet, its all good though.
