I would highly recommend Chris Carracci's videos "SEAL PT" then "SEAL Burnout PT" and i think there are 2 more. These are good because he works you good and keeps it amusing with good tips for future tadpoles. Plus as the first video becomes easy for you you move onto the next so that way you can see your improvement and how quickly you advance. It keeps challenging you....And yes I have done the workouts on all of his videos just to see how he was. The first two were not that bad, but the last 2 get the blood pumping. But dont skip the first two - start with number one "SEAL PT Challenge" or something like that (I believe you can purchase them on this site). Once it gets easy get the next one and go from there, when you can complete the final tape as fast and confident and as relaxed as Chris, you are ALMOST ready for BUD/S in the physical aspect...*LOL*...So I highly recommend these tapes....I also highly recommend that if he gets a whole bunch of orders for his tapes now from my post that he give me a commission (just kidding). In all seriousness, his tapes are great workouts for men and women can do it too! He keeps it fun, interesting, entertaining and hilarious - you will be laughing as you PT! Thats a key to the physical aspect of BUD/S. He gives you all kinds of subtle hints and tips for BUD/S. So check it out and let me know what you think.....
