lol. Busts me up every time his name gets censored. He wrote the book "The Warrior Elite : The forging of SEAL class 228". Take a guess what the book is about.

Oh, I'm sorry. I just have no willpower some days. Actually, if you email or snail mail the book's publisher [HarperCollins? I think so....] the people there will usually pass it along.

Okay, "The Warrior Elite" was published by Crown Books, which is an imprint of Random House. I told you HarperCollins before---my bad, sorry!
The website you want to use is [rather unsurprisingly] www.randomhouse.com and there ought to be email addresses and snail mail addresses for sending messages to be forwarded to the author. According to the book flap, Mr. Couch lives in Ketchum, ID. Ketchum is a small enough town that you could probably just write to General Delivery and ask that it be forwarded, but with all that goes on in the world, I'd be worried about somebody freaking out over this. Best bet is most likely the publishing house.
Craig, Mr. Couch's first name is a derivation of Richard that doesn't seem to be printable on this message board.
