Im looking to improve my run endurence any suggestions would be great right now i run a mile mon wed and fri at 8 mins. And try and get some sprints in on tue and thur.

Take it slow and increment gradually. If you notice pain or strange aches in your feet or legs, back off. Overdoing it or trying to "build up" to fast will result in injury that will set you back by a lot. For now, try trimming off a few seconds from your mile run each time you run it. (Athletes like to get their mile under 6 minutes, and some under 5:30.)
And keep at it. Running takes a long time to build up, but only a week or so to undo. So persistance is key.

Trust me on this one...do the PT schedule on this website or the one on the SEAL Recruiting website (both are the same). I started out running my two miles just under 17:00. By the time I'd finished the 16 week program (I did it to the letter), I was running 6 x 7:00 miles, aka. 6 miles in 42 minutes. It works great. The best thing is, when you get done with a run like that one, your not tired.

That's incredible, Depper! And I'm jeleous. LOL I'll be happy when mine drops below 6 minutes.
