Hi im 18 currently in high school, i do plan to perhaps in the future try out for SEALs. I am a lifeguard so i do a lot of swimming but im also starting a workout using your BUDs traning guide thing here on the website. I was wondering what type of food i should eat while in this workout. You can post it on here or please email me ty. (Christian944@hotmail.com)

Why the 944 in your handle? You a fan of the cars perhaps? I am real big on 944s. Still looking for a good one to take and drive for the rest of my life! The coolest car ever made IMHO.

Oh jeez, no more food plans for me. I tried one for around 3 months hardcore, I was so hardcore about it I was forcing myself to eat until gagging (nasty foods at that). Never again. I've found as long as you stay away from sugar and lessen the McDonalds, your general health, energy lvl, and b/f % will be good. I've heard many a wise bodybuilders mention the poison effect sugar has on an exercising man's body (not literally). Besides, while watching the BUD/S show on Discovery the BUD/S instructors were telling them to stay away from cheap energy like sugar, honey, syrup that will pick you up then immediatly put you down, they said carbs carbs carbs.

944's are nice, but a Saleen Mustang will eat one up...LOL...

Mustangs can eat a 944 up? Yeah until u get to the first turn anf the heavy *** mustang with crap breaks and a horrible body roll goes off the track because it cant do the turn at 10MPH then i come on the inside 4 wheel drifting blowing you a kiss while passing you. LOL sorry i dont want to be rude to a navy seal but i really like german cars, not truck like quartermile cars =)

If I may...My 69 Pontiac GTO will blow away both your cars...once I'm done with it.... : )
a 1969 rs/ss 454 block super sport will take any 944 or saleen. saleens are week just look better and are a little faster.

a 1969 rs/ss 454 block super sport will take any 944 or saleen. saleens are week just look better and are a little faster then regular mustangs. and i haven seen a 944 run a quater mile but i know that a 454 could probably take it :)

Doug, really now, everybody knows that you were a SEAL and hope to be one again. Seriously though friend, saying that you were a SEAL and not a seal EVERY TIME gets a little old bud. No disrespect, I just think that you take that to far sometimes. God bless you Doug!
