I was wondering if this documentary would be a good investment in helping me prepare, or give me a good idea of what im up against:

I don't know if "prepare" is the right word, but I love them and they pump me up. Even though I am sure that 98 % of the stuff that goes on at BUD/S can never be conveyed via video tape. I learned a lot from them.

Those videos won't prepare you for anything. Push-ups, situps, swimming, running, and jumping jacks will prepare you for BUD/S.......Good luck
