I can't join intell a year off meds.

I talked to a lady from the 1-800-345-NAVY and told me I have to wait a year off my medication to join the Navy and stay off them in it too. I have ADD which you proplobly know what it. I im going to get with my doctor and see if I can handle it without them which Im sure I can. My mission is to become a seal and I will be starting my PT soon.

Should I do PT running in light boots and military pants?

Get off the Ritalin first...it might not be easy, but get off it.

You can come off the medication if you really put your mind to it... I was on paxil for one year and zoloft for one year at a different time, and I came off of it really much easier then I thought... I supposidly had ADD,but I really think the DR. who gave it to me was full of **** ,cause I do fine without it,if not better.
