is it true that on the first day of BUD/S training the instructors go untill someone quits? I heard they do this to root out the weakest ones


I heard most every time the instructors say, "We'll stop doing this exercise if someone quits", and someone quits, they don't stop, they just said that to get the weak ones to quit.
