I know this may get some flak on here but i'd thought i'd post it anyway's, because i think it's a good idea. Since you have some weekends off during BUD/s can you you leave base and go to a spa or somewhere like that in the city and get a massage to work out all the muscle soreness? maybe like once a week or every other week? and do you think it would be benefical?

lol its not that stupid of a question. you can leave base whenever youre not busy with training...but i too have been wondering if doin that would be beneficial

I think a chiropractor would be more beneficial. LoL.. a spa. made me laugh Digem probably knows lol.

Get a lady friend :) Not a serious one, but a friend who is a girl and yes, I bet massages might be part of the package :)
