I was just wondering who on this site had done the Warning Order. What did you think about it? Was it hard for you or was it too easy? Also when you were finished with it what have you done to continue your training? Thanks

A lot of people on this site have done the warning order even if they arent going into BUD/S just to get back in shape. It has different levels to compensate what you can and cannot handle although i've heard the easiest level is still pretty hard.

Also when you were finished with it what have you done to continue your training?

People have asked that question, and their answers were just to add reps, or push yourself to do more and mix the workouts up. Use the SEARCH button please.

I'm one of those guys who has done the w/o on the Warning Order just to get in shape (too old for BUD/S). IT is NOT easy, and I was in decent shape to begin with, having lifted weights extensively and done some running. I didn't lift for month, just did the PT & running, swam sporadically and got into the best shape I've been uin since HS. I just did a 4 mile race with serious hills in 32:00 flat, not too bad foran old fart (I'm 54). Anyone headed for BUD/S, it should be a great preparation. And read all the posts from Digem, he's an active SEAL who's really trying to help all the wannabees out. If you need to make it HARDER than the Cat. II routine, you're an animal first off, and, well, maybe you could lift weights twice a week and throw in a hump over rugged terrain with a pack.
