THIS is an example of motivated by a guy on THESE boards who sent this to me by E-Mail...not to mention that he is asking if he can do MORE. Take heed and if you can catch this guy, shake his hand.

"Hey I wanted to know if you had any good web-sites out there that can help with my running, and working out? Right now im really using Runnersworld.com but i've read it all haha. and for pushups /sit ups im doing 200 of each everyother night as well as 200 flutter kicks.... I run 2-3 miles on the opposite days with 200 crunches..... do you think this will prepare me well enough? After basic/ait im going 101st Airborne infantry. Im shootin for the 187th Rakasans! oh and... when I get done with air assault training... can I use the 101st Screaming Eagles name I had before? hhaha"

Keep pushing Bud, you are doing a fine job!

HOOAHHHHH!

ps. I wanted to ask all of the Moderators and the Forum readers what they listen to for PT music. Right now I have AC/DC: Thunder Struck, Back in Black, Highway to hell, and you shook me all night long. Then Rage against the Machine remix of bombs over baghdad, and some Creedance Clearwater Revival. All in my winamp playlist. Just wondering what you all have spinning whille your pt'ing.

When I hit the Weights I listen to Godsmack, Disturbed, Sevendust, and Linkin Park.

The only thing your going to be hearing soon is Cadence and the voice of a very angry Grunt barking constantly.

You have a great attitude and I wish you the best of luck.

A light breeze and birds chirping isn't good enough?

I like Moby even if he is a vegan. AC/DC is good too though.
