it has been awhile since i have been running,i havent run since high school becouse i have a kid now.but now i have time.i have been trying to run about 2 miles a day but i have found a problem and i dont know how to correct it.since i havent run i can run about 50 to 100 yds then be so out of breath that i cant run anymore.is there any breathing techniqs that might help me.i have tried many things and its just not working.i dont smoke so i dont know what it is.or do you think it will just be one of those things where i need to keep working on i and then it will eventually progress.anything will help, thank you

Why don't you run at a slow pace for 2 miles. Then each week pick up the pace. I mean like maybe the slowest jog you can possible do for 2 miles, the next week a faster jog then so on. If that doesn't work there is something wrong.

Hey this is what worked for me. You should run run run until you possibley cannot go any further. Thats what you need to do. You need to beat your body up. Take it to the max and then some. You will see massive and awesome results quick. When I was out of the loop of running for a while I lost all of my endurance. I am surely gaining it back as time progresses. I am running myself until I feel I can physically go no further. And yes its gunna hurt but you know what they say. No pain no gain. It is very true. just push your self and you will surely come out on top. Laters,
Mike
