Hi everyone

I was wondering, if anyone would help me out..

I'm doing a school project, combining actual SEAL operations, with the kind of special forces you see in modern computer games... where a singel one-man army, takes on the "badguys" alone.

I have some questions, basically based on pure fictianal thought, where the mind of a true SEAL would provide me irreplaceable answers!

Anyone interested?

Thank you for protecting freedom.

Michael

Michael,
This is the Air Force Pararescue Forum of the navyseals.com website. Use your schooling and read the forum headers. BTW, not too many one man teams out there. That would be "Rambo."

It's SEAL Teams not SEAL elements. SEALs work in groups from 2,4,6,8 all the way up to a full platoons. SEALs and other Special Operations Forces probably never even thought about sending in just one person on a real mission . If you have any other questions feel free to email me.

ET3etc,

Son, let me help you out here before you sink too deep. You are 14, try reading and learning. Please do not make like you know squat about SEAL, or any other military endeaver, because you don't. Why would any one E-mail you about something you don't know about? So please, enjoy the site, learn and have fun, but never talk around here about something you have not experienced. Have a pleasant evening.

Hey A62 this is Herrera I was wondering about CCT and you seem to know what you are talking about. So I want to ask you a question. I am in the AF right now and I am debating going to another branch I just want to know. What kind of training do CCT get besides their pipeline. Like wepons training. I just wanna know some stuff before I make a decision.

I was taking to a Ranger awile ago and i asked him about the other SF teams hes worked with and one of the things he said was that he worked with CCT which i had never heard of. Here are his exact words when i asked him what they are. "basicly, CCT is the short cut into the SF" exact words from a Ranger. you want to argue it dont talk to me. talk about it, im just repeating it. Im not trying to be offensive, im just giving my opinion. if you find me to be offensive, sry.

I think if you are going to go to another branch you should go to the Army or Navy and get into the SEALs or Ranger. but thats just me talkin, a 15 year old 10th grade student.

I really don't know what I am talking about when it comes to CCT or PJ. Anything I know comes from knowing FAC's in the Nam and reading a book by the "father of Air Force Spec Ops". read a book called "No Room for error' by Col. John T Carney, Jr and Benjamine F Schemmer. The road for AF guys to be acepted by Beckworth was a long haul.

That is so wrong.....CCT do very specific things to support the rest of the Spec Ops community. There is no short cut for them...many times they go before anyone else in a hot zone..... Strong lean and smart fellas. I don't think I can go futher on this...except that they are T folks not A folks. I won't push this.... I think what they do is still closed for open forums.

RT Out!
