competition for getting into bud/s

IV'E HERED THAT GETTING INTO BUD/S IS HIGHLY COMPETITIVE. WHAT ARE SOME THINGS THAT I CAN DO TO GET SELECTED INTO BUD/S. I HAVE MY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, A SEMESTER OF COLLEGE FOR SWIMMING. AND IM IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE NOW IM ON WEEK 17 IN THE BUD/S WARNING ORDER. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO TO HELP BETTER PREPARE MY SELF CUASE I DONT WANNA DO ANYTHING ELES IN THE NAVY BESIDES SEALS.

You had better remember, FIRST you are a member of the United States Navy above all else, so if you don't want to be a part of it, don't bother trying to be a SEAL.

why do you say that? you didn't want to anything eles but be aseal or wouldn't have been a SEALl. OBVIHESTLY YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER INTEREST IN THE NAVY. SO WHY YOU TELLING ME THAT?

Ahhhhhhh, let me think a second here.......BECAUSE YOU ASKED. If you can't see the reasonong behind my answer, go play with the around the Wall of Shame. I'll even spell out that reference since I KNOW THAT WAS OVER YOUR HEAD. The phonys don't want any part of what it takes to be a real NAVY SEAL either. They just want the "glory". By you saying you want nothing else to do with the Navy other than being a SEAL. Shows you are in the very same boat. You want the glory, and none of the NAVY that doesn't shine the heavenly lights upon you. SEAL are Navy. All of it pertains and is incorporated within the Teams. Heres one thing you better consider there wannabe, I was in the Teams, I joined the Navy. If I had not graduated BUD/S I would still be in the Navy for the term of my enlistment. The same problems will be presented to you. Should you not pass BUD/S and become a SEAL, what are you going to do? Your in the NAVY NOW......... Mommy call the chaplain and tell him I want out,.... I didn't get what I want...... Call the Red Cross, call anybody MOM..... Call our Senators, they cussed at me Mom.
