Hi Navy Seals and other forum members,
Yip Im pretty new to this site so I dont know where to post this.
I read through the Hooyah Forum and was wondering how 'we' (as newbies) know when a member is a Navy Seal or not? Is there a way to distinguish?
Im glad I came accross this site, so much valuable info. All mods keep it up. [smile]

Hey Folks,
I am quite new to this site as well ... still gettin' my feet wet!!!
Along with my other "profile" information, I would like to MAKE PERFECTLY CLEAR --- THAT I AM A "COASTY" (Re: U.S. Coast Guard, Health Services Technician) , DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN!!! My interests here --- ARE STRICTLY OUT OF ALL DUE RESPECT, APPRECIATION & ADMIRATION FOR THE SEALS!!! Throughout my military career ... in the COAST GUARD & Oregon Miltary Department --- I HAVE LOOKED UP TO THE SEALs AS BEST OF THE BEST!!! Moreover, as we are all VETERANS WHO LOVE OUR COUNTRY --- I LOOK FORWARD TO THIS OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS MY DEEPLY SINCERE FELLOWSHIP!!! As a former Emergency Medical Technician, as well ... I know how I feel, when I see people ABUSE the "STAR of LIFE" &/or the "CADUCEUS" --- SO I DO NOT WANT ANY MISCONCEPTION OF MY SINCERE HONOR OF ALL OUR SAILORS, SOLDIERS & AIRMEN!!!
SO, I WOULD LIKE SOME FEEDBACK ON THIS SENSITIVE ISSUE AS WELL --- GIVEN THAT I WOULD LIKE TO BE RESPECTED AS A COASTGUARDSMAN (who also served in my State Military Department ... until my neuropathic conditions finally "disabled" me)!!! Therefore, I am ONLY seeking an HONORARY ACCEPTANCE IN TO YOUR COMMUNITY --- NOTHING ELSE!!!
HOPEFULLY, as I grow sicker, and don't get out much these days ... I can MAKE SOME FRIENDS HERE --- AS I'VE TRIED TO DO AT THE VA CENTERS!!!
THANK YOU,
& SEMPER PARATUS
