impossible to replecaten Hell week in ANY fashion. Not unless you can find about 10 SEAL instructors that are trained to come to your house.. Alsdo SAFETY is paramount.. IF you go to BUD/S.. you will be prepared for hell week if you listen to hte instructors and pay attention to detail.

First off, I am not a SEAL or moderator so please excuse me for responding. You are obviously a very ambitious kid and that is a good thing, however, I do not think that you should go through with your idea. Just going by your age, I do not think this would be a good thing. You should give your body some time to mature before even considering to attempt this. Going on what WetWash said about safety being paramount, I am to believe that you do not know what safety precautions are taken by the instructors during Hellweek (and most of us don't except people that have been through it) so it probably isn't a good idea to try nonstop jogging on no sleep for a week. In my opinion (take it for what you want but I think most will agree) but if you insist on preparing for BUD/S at such a young age, you should just stick to jogging, swimming, and other cardiovascular excercises at the time. You will have plenty of time to prepare as you age.

I think you are thirteen with a problem of glorification syndrome. Relax do the things a NORMAL thirteen year old should be doing. Study your school work, get good grades, get your self into good shape and enoy the teen years. Adulthood and military comes fast enough. Start with good habits and they will help you more than anything else you ever do. Whether you become a SEAL or not.
