Hey guys, I would like you to think back to before you were a seal. And if you can remember that long ago I was wondering if you would be willing to post what physical shape you were in (great shape obviously). Pull ups, push ups, sit-ups, and timed runs (I forget the distance) are a few of the things I’m curious about. And if you worked out in a gym how much could you bench. I just want a bench mark from real people to compare my self to.
