I was just wondering what some of the real SEALs PFT scores were before they entered BUD/S. Thanks for answering.

I'm sure it's in my records somewhere, but I doubt there are a lot of guys out there who remember their scores. I remember sweating the test and thinking it was a big deal. Aftering going through BUD/s it seems like such a minor bump in the road. The test measures your basic abilities. IMO, most men, with proper training, could pass the test. Don't focus on the physical aspect of BUD/s. If you can pass the test, you can 'physically' make it through BUD/s. They train you up all the way. They don't expect people to arrive and be able to complete a 3rd phase PT. The hardest part of training is controling your brain, heart, emotions; whatever you want to call it.
