Simming Lessons

Quick question:

Should I take swimming lessons if I plan on being the SEAL? Dont get me wrong, I can swim, but I dont know all the different strokes and techniques and things like that. So what do you suggest?

Learning to do strokes properly is key to good swimming. Like anything else you do, a good foundation is always important.
