To any SEAL or anyone in training right now, how do u proportion getting your PT scores up with doing varients of these exercises. Example: Balancing working on increasing the total number of push-ups you can do with also doing other types of push-ups... diamond, wide stance, dive bombers. Likewise with all the variety of pulls-ups and sit-ups that exist.
