Ross, I tried to reply back to your email and it was returned as a "failure" .. go on Boston.com - to the yellow pages or call information..under Army/Navy Store - there is a guy in Natick, MA on Russell Circle - who supplies anything you need. - Jonny.

I dunno about the sizes on the Bates, I own a pair of Jungles myself. I would allow about a 1/2 size bigger, wear some wool socks, if you wanna keep the skin on your feet. Also, if you wear insoles, it will allow enough space for those too. Just a thought.

Hey Ross,
Ya, I tried to order some swim trunks off them a couple years ago. Same deal. Screwed me over big time. Im honestly not even sure if I got my money back from them. Im currently trying to get a pair of jungle boots off uscav.com and they are giving my problems too. They have a hold on the money but the site is now saying that the boots are backorderered and I cant get a hold of anyone at either the email or phone number they supplied. Just as a sidenote, armybarracks.com is an extremely good place. Prices are very reasonable and whatever Ive ordered from them has gotten to me within a week, max. Only problem is at the moment they only have the cheap boots that fall apart within like 2 weeks of running, but you might wanna keep an eye on that sight to see if they get the good boots in.

Relax!
I'm a frequant user of that site and cant find anything wrong with it. I have ordered boots and fins and some other pieces from that site also. When you order, even if you piad the extra amount for fast shipping, it still takes time. For one, when you order from a site, its not like they are going to get it from the back room and put in a box and its out that afternoon. When you place your order, it leaves and goes to the warehouse that they hold their crap, from there its packed and sent out. It took me a few weeks to get my stuff, your comment on they not knowing where you stuff is, I dont know all about that. When I bought mine, it printed off a piece of paper "receipt", had a order number on there and a phone number, if they dont know what your talking about, or dont have anything on record then maybe you screwed up! Its a big site, so there is a possabilty of something happening, but then again, its a professionl site, so it makes me wounder if you happened to push the wrong key.

How long did it take you to get your bates from that yahoo store? I mean from when you sent the order to when you recieved the boots.
