I use the corner of my kitchen counter but not everyone can do that. I used to use two chairs and just weigh em down but that's not too safe. You gotta improvise, it may not always be totaly parallell but it should suffice. Good luck, bud.

If you have a garage wall that is not drywalled all you need is a couple of two by fours and the ability to do a little carpentry.
You bascially begin by nailing a 2x4 (about 18-24 inches long) at a right angle to your wall. Then use a second 2x4 as a brace with 45 degree angle cut in each end. This then gets nailed/screwed into the right ange 2z4 and the wall 2x4.
Repeat this again in the next stud (or two studs over depending on how big you are).. Anyway its not pretty but can work. Just dont do it in some ole garage that is falling apart.

find two bars about shoulder width apart off the ground far enough for your feet to dangle.
Hop up on them lock your arms out and go all the way down.... Bend your legs at right angle behind you as not to dragg or assist...
Push up with arms and shoulder strenght back to the top...
parellel bars. pipes beat into a tree.
anthing you can dangle your wieght from...You can do it off the end of a bench to start out with heels on the floor and hands on the end of the bench.. or off the edge of a chair to help build up muscles.
Get two chairs face to face and do push up inside the distance keep feet together extend from the chairs... GREAT for strengthening shoulder and arms....
