I am looking for information on how to contact a guy named Joe (Joseph). I think his last name starts with a "D". He is in the Navy SEALS and is stationed in or around Virginia Beach, VA. He just attended or is currently attending a parachuting school in Arizona and was in Las Vegas on the weekend of June 28 and 29.
