I believe so. They are all part of a most honerable profession, one that demands a very humble and focused person. They all do a very important job for america, they keep us safe and warm at night. If you ask me, i would tell you that ethics works into their job very much, every single one of them may someday be put in a decision that would either mean their lives, ours, or someonelse's. I have come to know a few men that were formerly of various Special Operations units, they have demonstrated nothing but their highest moral standards that they hold themselves too.
Just my experience and opinions

A soldier/SEAL/pilot armed with weapons that can kill others has to be a person with rock-solid ethics. A rigourous training programme can instill esprit-de-corps as well as technical skills, but the ethics that the soldier/sailor/airman brings with him/her to the job are those learned long before joining the military.

If you want to see the damage that a group of soldiers without ethics can inflict, consider the mass graves in Bosnia. Or perhaps the concentration camps of Nazi Germany would serve as a better example of people whose ethics were not strong enough to stand up to the pressure of the evil expectations of those in power over them.

In the American armed forces, the vast majority of those who join are people of strong moral values who desire to serve and protect their country. This is a VERY good thing when you consider the consequences of training people without ethics to kill others.
