I just finished reading a book on BUD/S training and a reoccuring theme kept popping up. Just how much sleep do you get?? Now granted during training not much sleeping is going on. However, once you're in the fleet with a platoon, are early hours and persistant lack of sleep still a reocurring theme? What is the average amount of sleep you get on a daily basis once you're part of a team? Just curious. b
