I know there are several SEAL Teams specializing in different area's,... but what area's?

The current Teams are 1,2,3,4,5,7 and 10. Teams 1,3,5 and 7 are
generalist teams based on the west coast, 2,4,8 and 10 are generalist
teams based on the East coast.
SEAL Team 6 does not exist - it is now called Naval Special Warfare Development Group - it is the successor to ST-6 and handles counter and anti-terrorism.
SEAL Delivery Vehicle Teams 1 and 2 (SDVT-1, SDVT-2) conduct SDV/Submersiblw and ASDS operationns. The regular SEAL teams are trained and equipped to conduct maritime special
>operations in all environments...from the SEA, from the Air and on Land.

teams 7 and 10 were just recently added as part of a re-ordering currently being executed.
