SAS or SBS

This isn't a simple who's best, I know the answers both of them, what Im trying to say is my all time greatest ambition is to join one or the other and, although its a while before I can apply, as a marine I'm eligable for both. So which would you rather join?

I'd especially like to hear from anyone whos served/ cross trained with them.
