Swimming in a wet suit

I can swim free style pretty good and side stroke pretty good ,but will swimming in a wet suit throw your normall swimming technique off? I know I can make the adjustment, but was wondering if any of you guys felt it was a lot tuffer to swim in a wet suit.

I n the long run it is much easier to swim in th Wetsuit top. At least that has been my experience. After you swim enough your strokes will automatically adjust to different conditions...Load , clothing etc.
