Well SEALs will train SEAL wanna-bes during BUD/S. If you mean the candidates (which are not even close to being SEALs yet)...well....they train. There is some free time (weekends usually in beginning) but free time minimizes as training goes on. Sundays are reserved for cleaning rooms for Monday morning inspections. But yes, you do get free time at night time (sometimes) and some weekends. Hope this answers your question.....Not actually 24/7 but feels like it. You do have to stay focused and ready 24/7 though.......
