SEALS: How is recoil/ muzzle rise on the short barrel M4 compared to the MP5?

I was wondering how the recoil and muzzle rise was on the shortened barrel version of the M4 (5.56) that replaced the MP5 for CQB. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
