stress fractures and BUD/S

Hey I was wondering about stress fractures in BUD/S. I have some pretty nice ones right now, bad enough to make the shin black and blue. I can run through them but the trainer seems pretty adamant about keeping me off of them. Is this an injury that they will roll you for? If I have them now will I be more or less likely to get them again? Thanks for the info.

Take your time and be careful. Let the fractures heal..........................a reoccuring injury can make your Bud/s career short. Don't push yourself too hard. They will condition you in the proper manner when you get to Bud/s. Make sure you do prepare, but don't over do it.

Once your stress fractures heal %100 you will be good to go. Give it ime.
