HELP!!! Need technical advice from SEALs

I am currently getting ideas together to write a fictional series about a SEAL team. I am basing the story in Virginia with locations around the world and the series will be about 6-8 members of a SEAL team that are inseparable because they have been best friends since BUD/S. This is not going to be a book that sensationalizes SEALs and the Teams. Nor will it be so "out there" that the action leaves you with the thoughts of "yeah right!" I would like to hear from SEALs (current and retired, East AND West Coast) either through email or meeting in person (if on the East Coast). I live in the Norfolk, Virginia area so if there are any of you at this location and would like to meet, let me know and you can tell me your experiences and technical advice.

I would like to get technical advice and background info about BUD/S, teams, and training/actual scenerios (I work with classified info and I am not asking for that type of information, just need to get some storyboard ideas).

I have worked for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) at NAVSTA Norfolk for almost 6 years. I have been married for 15 years, and my husband knows of my desire to get this series written and supports the fact that I am serious about my writing. I have always admired the SEALs and the SEAL programs so when I started to lay my story ideas on paper, naturally I chose the SEALs concept.
