well, though I'm no SEAL, it looks like the poor kid's question is never going to be answered because of all this damn bickering about a little **** ing pin..... Log PT is when you and a bunch of buddies pick up a log (a nice big one) run around, lift it over your heads for extended periods of time, do sit-ups with it on your chest, etc. As I believe it says under a picture on this very site, "splinters are complementary". Sorry about answering without being a SEAL (yet) but I figured he deserved an answer and log PT isn't necessarily specific to SEALs

If you have a Trident on display out of respect or admiration for the people who wear them and have earned the right,leave it there and say so under it! Anyone that can read your bio can see that you are only 14 years old. !!!?? So , most of us can reason that you ment no harm!! Roadtoad
