i do both running and swimming; plus a bunch of calesthenics which includes pushups, crunches, situps, dips, chin ups and pullups. But on the running and swimming situation should i do it everday and if so should i run then immediately after swim, i am just wondering because right now i run a good distance and then i wait about 10 minutes then i go swiming. i wait so i dont get cramps or anything, but what, in your opinion, would be best to do for a teenager of 16 years of age to do to get better prepared for BUD/S because when i get older and of proper age thats what i plan to do. Any useful information to help me better prepare would be useful. THANKS!
