not being able to join the nay, does that make me a loser in your eyes.
not being able to at least suffer through hell week, does that make me a loser in your eyes.
a classmate of mine went through hell week, twice. I think he gave up after that.
then I wanted to try, well since I have a brain disorder, does that make me a loser.
had to totally ignore a beautiful girl because I dont feel good now I am being ridiculed for it.
does that make me a loser?

No... Hey beening in the SEALs isn't for everyone. Trust me I know. Don't call yourself a loser, no matter how old you are there still more to life than the Navy.

because someone does not join the Navy or because someone does not become a SEAlL DOES NOT make them a loser. If a person quits training , and they hold them selves with dignity there is absolutly NOTHING wrong with that. Only 20% fo the guys that start training make it. I jhave know n some very fine sailors that did not make it through BUD/S. In my class we had an Olympic class swimmer.. an Officer .. that DOR'd.. He went on to make the Navy a career as a Pilot..He was truly an Officer and a gentleman. We stayed in contact for many years.

the Loser is the guy that makes excuses and blames other folks, not the ones that simply say i gave it my best shot.. NOONE that has ever completed BUD/S ever looked down on the guys that did not make the grade unless they refused to admitt they simply could not do it.
