Funny that this was a question because i did work at one of the shops in the Del when I first moved out here....dont know anything about Ombudsman though (: Why?

One of the chief's wives was very involved with the program and was a sales manager at the Del back in the 80's and 90's. She was very active in the community and looked out for the young guys with new wives and what not.
Later on a girl friend of mine (now wife) was working as a sales mgr at a hotel in Chicago and is talking to this lady at the Del when they suddenly realize they have people they know in common.
I wanted to see if I had just run back into that same woman.

I know who you're talking about. I think he was at BUD/s as an instructor or something when my husband went through. Very nice lady, and I think she was on one of the videos or some TV coverage (maybe CBS This Morning back then).;)
I'm done before we're told to take this to General Chat, which is probably where it needs to be. LOL!
