What is the type of kinfe used by tadpoles at BUDs? I think it is a KaBar but I was wondering what type? If you know of a website where I could see it I would appreciate it. No reason, just curious.

I watched Mail Call on monday, and the guy said the KaBar knives have stopped making them. Is this true? If so how do the armed forces keep getting them?

Doug K-bar made a few more than 2 million of them in WW2 and Cammilus made abot 1.5 million of the "K-bar" knife . I have the Navy model Mk 2 by Camilus with a leather scabbard. Take it on vacation with me. Hanby for cutting sanwiches, watermellon etc. Well you get the picture. LOL
