ya, i was wondering how i can prepare mentally for BUDs/S ? i am very interested in becoming a US Navy SEAL. please give me some info so i can be mentally tough for BUDs/S!!!

Start walking around town like you have the biggest ego in the world. That will prepare you more then anything else.
