I read on a previous post here that Navy SEAL Teams will no longer have an area of operation. That all of the Navy SEAL Teams will be deployed everywhere. I just wanted to know if thats true? I hope this isn't sensitive information.

My information comes from active team guys and the way I understand what they told me was that the AO's are indeed going away. As far as how their deployment destinations will be determined - I do not know. There are quite a few changes taking place in the Naval Special Warfare community. This is all part of the NSW 21 restructuring program. This is what brought on the two new SEAL teams. I hope this answers your question and that is probably about as much information is necessary. If any active frogs want to add or correct any inaccuracies I may have in here, please feel free....
